Terms and Conditions

All Orders
  • All made to order garments can take up to 12 weeks from GBN and 6 weeks from L&L from the date 50% payment is received.
  • Display stock garments will be available for collection or postage within 48 hours.
  • Orders may be delayed over the Christmas and New Year’s period. We will notify you at the time you place your order if your dress will be longer than expected.

Rush Orders

  • Rush orders may be available, subject to confirmation with the designer.
  • An additional cost of $50 will be applied to rush orders.
When Ordering in Store
  • A non-refundable 50% payment on all dresses is required to place your order. Full payment is due on collection of the order.
  • Lay-by options are available for up to 6 months with 25% payment up front. Garments will not be made until 50% payment has been received, standard order period applies from that time.
  • An additional cost of $20 will be applied for custom sizes/lengths.
  • Alterations are available by appointment and will be quoted separately.
  • Quotes are valid for 30 days only. 


  • On made to order garments, 50% payment will not be refunded after the order is placed with the designer, unless the garment is faulty.
  • Faulty products can be replaced or refunded if returned unworn within 14 days. 
  • Refunds are not available for change of mind.
  • Ex-display stock is sold ‘as is’ and refunds or exchanges are unavailable.
  • Please email styleandscents@outlook.com prior to returning garments. A refund of the garment purchase price (only) will be given. Postage costs will not be refunded.
  • “Secret Weapons” accessories cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.
  • For any exchange, please keep in mind that normal manufacturing and delivery periods apply, otherwise a rush order fee will be payable by the customer.
  • All postage costs for returns and exchanges are payable by the customer.
